Unit 8

Wow, what a week I had, this past week.  I finally got my test date for my CNA for the state of Florida, along with getting my fingerprints done.  I also start my new job temporarily at the Spirit Halloween Store as the Store Manager.  I can't wait.  I start this Tuesday, I am out of jail; being trapped at the house!!!!  The good thing about this job is it is seasonal...  I only have to work until the second week of November, then I am done.  Then I get to start my so called internship at a doctors office and get my credited hours in before I graduate in January.  I am looking forward for to my future and can't wait!!!

  1. It seems like you definitely have alot on your plate. I read your last blog post and almost cried. Children are a blessing and sometimes what they say really hits home. I am sure that you and your children miss your husband alot. I hope things will work out for you. Congratulations on your new job and maybe it will help take your mind off of some of the stress. Keep your head and good luck in the final weeks of this class.

  3. Rachel,
That is great that you found a job. I think that you will have a blast working for a halloween store. You get to mess around with all of the cool stuff that they have coming in, lol. I'm happy to hear that you will be getting out of the house. Best of luck to you on your internship, and Congratualations on your upcoming graduation. BTW, thank you for the kind response to my blog last week. It's a sad time right now. She was a good friend of mine, she lost her battle with breast cancer. The hardest part about it all, is watching her small children grow up without a mother. You put a smile on face that day. That means a lot to me. Thank you for listening. :o)
